what to expect:
Start off with the basics and build up to a firm foundation in your yoga practice. Kino has a gift in making this traditional method accessible for all. You’ll find just the right amount of challenge to inspire you and enough positive encouragement to keep going on. Whether you’re a total yoga novice or an established practitioner looking to refresh the basics, this is a unique opportunity to dive into the details of the practice with a world-renowned teacher as your guide.
Each class with consist of one full hour of practice, followed by a 45 minute mini-workshop and 15 minutes of Q&A.
Replays will be available throughout the course so you can use the videos to support your practice during the weeks between.
