Take your practice to a whole new level with Kino MacGregor watchful gaze directing you. Join this group of 20 students for five days of dedicated Mysore practice, perfect to keep you motivated to get on your mat. This small practice group allows you to truly dive deeply with one of the brightest lights in the Ashtanga Yoga lineage in the world. Plus you get to come to sunny, beautiful Miami Beach.

Accommodations, food and flights not included.Limited numbers due to COVID safety. Social distancing, mask-wearing in public gathering spaces and other COVID safety precautions will be enforced during the workshop. Non-Florida residents who wish to join should contact MLC management for travel approval. We also recommend always double-checking with official authorities before planning your next trip.We request all participants in this in-person workshop to get tested before you travel + as soon as you arrive in miami as well.
