This two hour practice session begins with a long sit supported by Kino’s careful guidance through the inner space of meditation. Learn and immediately apply the basic training of mindfulness to quiet and calm the mind. Once the doorway to the meditative state is open transition to some personal journaling time, followed by a deep yin practice rooted in mindful movement while enjoying live, restorative rhythms brought to you by DJ Taz Rashid.
